The Company

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our People and Culture team at our Manchester HQ. You will be responsible for providing support and administration to the HR team in the development of the department and the services provided.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide general administration and filing of HR documentation
- Prepare employee documentation inc. new starter letters, induction packs, probationary letters, contracts of employment
- Manage onboarding process, carry out employment checks and reference requests and support integration of new joiner to organisation
- Manage leaver process, communicating with relevant managers and updating internal systems
- Complete and file documentation for new starters and leavers and ensure all employee files are accurate and up to date
- Manage and maintain internal HR system, Hibob. Ensuring all employee information, absence records and training records etc. are kept up to date
- Support with employee relations as and when required, such as preparing letters and taking minutes
- Lead company communication and employee engagement initiatives
- Support the People and Culture team with company handbook, policy updates and relevant paperwork
- Support the People and Culture team with data preparation for monthly and annual reports
Job requirements
The Person
- Experience of working within a HR or similar environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and experience
- Experience of producing and analysing reports
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to prioritise and plan own workload in accordance with deadlines
- Integrity, trust and confidentiality
